"Leading the way in carrying solutions for over 30 years, Tenba announces today that is has expanded its urban-inspired Messenger collection to include a new Mini Photo/Laptop Bag and Small Camera Bag. These new bags incorporate the soft, body-hugging and retro-discreet styling of the company's courier-style messenger bags, but in compact sizes for smaller camera systems. The Tenba Messenger Mini Photo/Laptop Bag and Small Camera Bag are constructed of military-grade, 1000 denier nylon: the most time-tested, durable, weather-resistant textile in the outdoor industry. Each model offers a variety of pockets and other storage spaces to keep digital camera equipment and accessories organized and protected. Space is thoughtfully and efficiently laid out for cables and card readers, mobile hard drives, chargers and much more."
I reviewed the small Messenger Photo Bag earlier this year, and overall I quite liked it. Tenba has taken the same basic concept and made it even smaller - pictured above is the Mini Photo/Laptop bag ($84.95 $97.95 USD), and the laptop compartment is appropriate for an iPad or 13" laptop/netbook (just remember it has to be thin). The other bag, dubbed the Small Camera Bag, seems similar, but lacks the space for the laptop. Strangely, it has a higher price tag ($114.95 $131.95), so it must be bigger. Currently, Tenba has neither product up on their Web site, so I'm a little light on details.
