Neat Image: The Simple Way to Remove Noise from Images

I haven't yet tried this product myself, but judging from the sample images posted on the company's web site, the results are amazing. My only criticism is...why would I purchase a photo tool that does just one thing? Why not simply use a full featured image editing suite like Picasa, Adobe Photoshop Elements, iPhoto, etc.? :splat:
