Seagate Announces Flood of New Hard Drives

"Seagate has extended its product portfolio with no less than 11 hard disk-based products. Targeted at applications ranging from consumer electronics to laptops, PCs, servers and corporate data centres, the series includes the world's first 1in. 5GB hard disk, solutions in 2.5in. and 3.5in. form factors, Serial ATA, Serial Attached SCSI and fibre channel interfaces, speeds up to 15,000rpm and storage capacities up to 500GB..."
You have to admire a company that releases such an impressive barrage of new hard drive products. We mentioned the 5 GB microdrive earlier, but a 500 GB drive? I don't see a mention of a 500 GB drive in the press release, so maybe BIOS Magazine knows something we don't...;-)
