I took this app for a quick spin, and I have to admit, it's pretty damn impressive! It's a decent JPEG viewer, has the ability to batch rename/resize, and once you install it the only file you need to run the program is a 1.11 MB EXE file - which makes it perfect for putting on a USB Flash drive. Impressive! It also takes screen captures, rotates images, and does a few other tricks. Combine that with a decent UI and price tag of free, you've got a compelling JPEG tool if you don't need the powerhouse of ACDSEE 6.x. Worth a look!
