Meedio - Digital Media Center Software for Home Theater PCs

• Categorize, browse, search, and access all of their digital media, information, and PC files using customizable menus, user accounts, and password protection.

• Play DVD's, CD's, video files (MPEG-1/2/4, DivX, WMV, etc), and audio files (MP3, WMA, Ogg Vorbis, AIFF, APE etc).
• Listen to Internet radio stations (streaming MP3, WMA, Shoutcast, Icecast, etc).
• Instantly check weather conditions, forecasts, and maps for multiple cities worldwide.
• View, copy, paste, and delete documents on hard drives, network shares, and file servers. "
Cool stuff! 8) I love software that supports many different formats. DivX, WMV, WMA, MP3 Ogg Vorbis, Shoutcast are all formats I use from time to time, but are always limited in how I can view or listen to them. Windows XP MCE is nice, but only if you use mostly Microsoft formats. These other Home Theater PC solutions seem to fill the gap left open. Meedio software starts at about $60 and the starter kits (include a remote) start at $90.
