Hitachi To Announce New Plasma/LCD TVs

"Hitachi the leader in Plasma TV sales in 2003 announces to introduce five new Plasma TV models this autumn. Hitachi flat-panel TVs the receiver in a separate box. In the high-end models, the receiver will feature a hard-drive based DVD recorder. Hitachi plans to release three plasma screens with sizes between 32 and 42 inches as well as two LCD screens."
I wonder what the pricing on the plasma models is going to be like since LCD TVs appear to be making a big splash and generally have the better picture quality. Has anyone invested in plasma screens?
