SimpleTech Announces SimpleShare NAS Server

SimpleShare is designed to provide robust storage capabilities for the increasing amounts of precious data that consumers use. SimpleShare is an easy-to-use, affordable network attached storage (NAS) device which provides central storage and network file sharing over a local area network (LAN) for small office/home office (SOHO) users for less than $500."
Scheduled to ship in January 2005, SimpleShare will be available in 160GB and 250GB capacities with an MSRP of $399 and $499, respectively. I think I am going to have to go for one of these solutions until the Blu-ray/HDDVD/electron-ray drives become ubiquitous.
