ArcSoft PhotoImpression 5.1

"ArcSoft Inc., the leading provider of digital imaging software, has released ‘PhotoImpression 5.1’, an all-in-one photo editor and project maker for both Windows and Macintosh platforms. The easy-to-use and affordable software is now available across Europe and features significant upgrades from previous versions. The user interface has been redesigned to enhance user navigation and now makes it quicker to find what you’re looking for. Creative content, such as clip art, decorative frames and project templates, makes the program suitable for all levels of user from simply touching up pictures and printing photos to designing calendars and sharing pictures online."
It is available for €49.99 (£29.99). The new version has apparently added 'significant' upgrades including easy acquisition from cameras, scanners, freehand and template-based cropping and auto colour enhancement, as well as offering the usual tools of red-eye removal, decorative frames and project templates. I had used ArcSoft's PhotoImpression once, quite some time ago, when it was bundled with some scanner and was quite pleased with it. But I have always ended up going with Photoshop. Does anyone use PhotoImpression on a regular basis?
