Viewsonic V210 MPlus Home Controller

"Remember those AirPanel “smart displays” Microsoft developed a couple years back? The ones Microsoft then killed... yeah. Well, I bought a few of the Viewsonic AirPanel’s for my home automation system and they work GREAT! Microsoft had a great product on their hands, they just targeted the wrong market. Instead of targeting the professional that is on-the-go, yet still in-the-home, they should have targeted the home automation industry."
I remember the "smart displays" that once upon a time existed and actually miss them for uses just about anywhere. ;) It was sad that Microsoft decided to kill them and that the smart displays got less than flattering reviews from magazines that I have read. Just a little bit of refining would have done the screens justice, I believe.
Well, anyways, it is nice to see that ViewSonic still believes in them (in a way) and are manufacturing them for home controlling needs.
