4 HDTV Tuners Possible with Windows Media Center Edition

Take a look at that screen shot. With just some "simple" RegEdit hacks, you can record three (at least 4 according to other The Green Button members) HDTV shows at once. I like the idea, but I don't think I've ever seen more than two HD shows on at once I'd like to watch/record.
At this point I almost have to ask.... Is there anything MCE can't do?
