Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.5 Continues to Lead Market

"In addition to receiving acclaim from industry press, Easy Media Creator is also leading retail sales. According to recent NPD Group figures which track software retail point-of-sale information in North America , Easy Media Creator is the best-selling CD / DVD burning brand year-to-date for 2005 in both units and dollars. NPD Group also confirmed that the Easy Media Creator brand has maintained its leadership position in the disc-burning software category for the past 12 months."
It's purely a coincidence that we published our review of this product today, but this news is timely. When I go into stores, I see two CD/DVD burning products that I recognize easily: Roxio Easy Media Creator and Nero's Burning ROM. After reading Zack's review, it looks like Roxio's product is easier to use. I like using Nero, but sometimes it confuses me a bit. :? This news made me think Roxio should celebrate by giving me some copies of their software to give to you - which is exactly what they did. Stay tuned for a contest announcement! :D
