Talk to Your PC with Media Center Communicator

Being able to talk to our computers a la Star Trek has long been the dream of many geeks, and this looks like a step in the right direction. I particularly like the ability to pull up a specific artist of album by simply asking for it. They have a video demonstration that makes it look quite impressive. I do wonder about the type of microphone you'd need to have this be effective - it would need to be able to pick up speech from 6-12 feet away, and I wonder about ambient noise interfering with the command recognition. Still, if you can swallow the $149 USD price tag, this looks like a compelling application for your MCE.
