I'm waiting for my copy of Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 to show up (hopefully today), but BIOS Magazine has already published their review of it! I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on this software, because it looks like a big improvement over 7.5 (which I was still getting used to). The DVD Music Disc sounds excellent, and the MusicID feature is something I've been waiting forever for: it analyzes an audio file, creates an "acoustic fingerprint", the compares that against an online database and gets all the correct ID3 tag information. Sweet! VideoWave wasn't my favourite app to use, but it now supports HD video - while Adobe's Premiere Elements 2.0 still doesn't.
