Corel SnapFire Plus

"Add another to the list: On September 5 Corel took the wraps off a brand-new catch-all app for digital camera owners. It's called SnapFire, and it joins an already massive number of apps that let you browse, edit, and share digital photos. It's not the best digital photo app I've ever seen. Among mainstream tools, that honor goes to Picasa, with a high standard to match. SnapFire is a very good app, and it's all the more impressive considering that it's effectively a 1.0 app. Picasa has received considerable tweaking to get to where it is today. And though the full version of the tool, SnapFire Plus, is $39.99, Corel also offers a free scaled-down version."
As the digital camera market has grown, it has been really nice to see the development of quality, moderately priced photo editing tools. A few years ago, your options were limited. For many users, their experience starts and quickly ended with the software included with their camera. Great options like Photoshop have existed, but they were usually too expensive or complex. Now we have the moderately price Photoshop Elements and the great value of Picassa. Corel's cheap and free versions are welcome additions to the party
