I remember using Cool Edit back in days of yore, and I really liked it. These days, I don't do much sound editing, but I'd be interested to see what Soundbooth offers. I don't have time to download it and such right now, so if someone else would like to and post your thoughts, that would be great. There's no word on pricing yet, but it's probably not going to be $29.99. Expect the real product to be released mid-'07.
