HD-DVD Authoring for Home Movies
Posted by Jeremy Charette in "ARTICLE" @ 01:00 PM
Jake Ludington has posted a great article on how to create your own HD-DVDs using standard single or dual layer DVDs. There's two limitations: Pinnacle Studio doesn't support menus on HD-DVDs (yet), and you only get 23 or 46 minutes of playback time. That isn't much, but then again, who wants to watch more than 23 minutes of home videos? With the cost of HD camcorders dropping like a rock, this is an easy and low-cost way to share those HD home videos with family and friends. Assuming your family and friends have HD-DVD players, or Xbox 360s.
